Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid ads, events)
  • Drive inbound and outbound lead generation
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics

Digital Marketing

  • Manage SEO/SEM, website performance, and paid campaigns
  • Run LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns
  • Improve traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality

Sales Alignment

  • Partner with sales teams to support pipeline generation
  • Build targeted campaigns for specific hiring or client needs
  • Enable sales with messaging, content, and outreach strategies

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI, pipeline contribution)
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership
  • Continuously optimize campaigns

Events & Partnerships

  • Manage webinars, events, and tradeshows
  • Build co-marketing initiatives with partners

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation
  • Strong experience in digital marketing and campaign execution
  • Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on ROI
  • Strong collaboration with sales teams

Preferred Background

  • Experience in IT services, staffing, or consulting
  • Exposure to cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions
