Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid ads, events)
- Drive inbound and outbound lead generation
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
Digital Marketing
- Manage SEO/SEM, website performance, and paid campaigns
- Run LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns
- Improve traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality
Sales Alignment
- Partner with sales teams to support pipeline generation
- Build targeted campaigns for specific hiring or client needs
- Enable sales with messaging, content, and outreach strategies
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI, pipeline contribution)
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership
- Continuously optimize campaigns
Events & Partnerships
- Manage webinars, events, and tradeshows
- Build co-marketing initiatives with partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation
- Strong experience in digital marketing and campaign execution
- Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads
- Data-driven mindset with focus on ROI
- Strong collaboration with sales teams
Preferred Background
- Experience in IT services, staffing, or consulting
- Exposure to cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions
