
Sr Director Demand Generation & ABM

We’re looking for a strategic Senior Director of Demand Generation & ABM to lead and scale our revenue marketing engine. This leader will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, accelerating deal velocity, and aligning marketing closely with sales through targeted, data-driven programs.
This role is based in our Mountain View, CA office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns to build brand awareness, create high-intent pipeline, and accelerate revenue.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategy in partnership with the digital marketing, field marketing, and partner marketing teams.
- Partner closely with Sales to define target account lists, personas, and engagement strategies.
- Design and scale ABM programs targeting strategic accounts and high-value segments, ensuring tight orchestration with SDR and field sales teams.
- Measure and optimize account engagement, pipeline progression, and deal velocity.
- Use data and insights to continuously test, learn, and improve performance.
- Optimize the full funnel from lead to close with a strong focus on conversion and velocity.
- Analyze campaign performance and insights to continuously refine strategy.
- Workplace: Work a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years in B2B marketing with deep expertise in demand generation and ABM.
- Experience marketing to the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is a big plus.
- Deep expertise in multi-channel marketing, campaign strategy, and funnel optimization.
- Experience building and scaling ABM programs for strategic segments and accounts.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue.
- Hands‑on leader who can think strategically and execute effectively.
- Ability to “speak in numbers” and pivot strategies based on real‑time data and attribution models.
- Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
COMPENSATION:
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $220k - $250k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job‑related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
