Director of Sales

Overview

Do you enjoy meeting new people, driving sales, and witnessing the fruits of your labor? We're looking for a dedicated director of sales to assist the hotel in reaching its sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop our sales strategy and goals
• Train and assess the sales force
• Collaborate with sales managers
• Ensure that we create new and recurring business from various hotel sectors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Strong leadership, innovation, and work ethic
• Ability to guide and motivate a sales team

Benefits

$1500 Sign-on Bonus after completion of 90 days. We also offer a Sales incentive Bonus if sales goals are met.
