Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Starting Salary: $55,000 to $68,000

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work rotating weekends or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop close relationships with residents and families to support conversations about next‑step solutions.
• Help leads and families problem‑solve, shedding light on potential opportunities to select suitable senior living options.
• Drive community occupancy: manage move‑ins, move‑outs, and vacancy shifts; assist Executive Directors in strategies to retain current residents.
• Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading, writing, and communication skills at 12th‑grade proficiency.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions; practical problem‑solving skills.
• Cleared criminal background check.
• Physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks, with health screening within 6 months (or 7 days after employment) and free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of screening.
