Director, Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics
We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on leader to oversee business intelligence, reporting, and analytics efforts across the organization. This role is responsible for turning data into meaningful insights that drive performance, improve visibility, and support key business decisions. You will work closely with cross‑functional leaders to align on metrics, enhance reporting capabilities, and promote a data‑driven mindset across teams.
What You’ll Do
Reporting & Dashboard Strategy
- Lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of dashboards and operational reports
- Define and align key performance indicators across departments to ensure consistency
- Maintain high standards for data integrity, accuracy, and governance
- Build and scale automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Share insights and performance updates with senior stakeholders on a regular basis
Analytics & Insights
- Analyze historical data to uncover trends and patterns in business performance
- Investigate performance fluctuations and identify underlying causes
- Highlight risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities through structured analysis
- Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders
Business Performance Support
- Collaborate with key functional teams to track and evaluate performance against goals
- Provide analytical support for recurring business reviews and planning cycles
- Develop scorecards and reporting frameworks tied to strategic priorities
- Use data to drive ongoing improvements across processes and outcomes
Leadership & Enablement
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of BI and analytics professionals
- Establish best practices for reporting, documentation, and data quality
- Improve access to data and make insights more accessible across the organization
- Partner with technical teams to strengthen data infrastructure and reporting tools
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting roles (8+ years)
- Proven leadership experience managing analytics or BI teams (4+ years)
- Strong technical skills in SQL and BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Track record of building dashboards and scalable reporting solutions for leadership
- Deep analytical capabilities with a focus on understanding “what happened” and “why”
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to a broad audience
