Build, Lead, and Elevate 340B Pharmacy Services in a Mission-Driven Setting
Community Health of Central Washington; a Federally Qualified Health Center is in search of a Pharmacy Services Director to play a pivotal role in advancing equitable, high‑quality care for the communities we serve. In this leadership position, you will oversee and expand our 340B program, driving compliance, optimization, and sustainable growth while ensuring patients have access to affordable medications. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive teams to strengthen integrated care delivery, develop high‑performing pharmacy services, and champion innovative solutions that improve outcomes. - Central Washington Family Medicine Residency.
- Central Washington Family Medicine Clinic – On site 430B Pharmacy.
- Yakima Pediatrics - On site 430B Pharmacy w/drive-through.
- Naches Medical Clinic.
- Highland Clinic.
- Community Health of Central Washington – Ellensburg/Ellensburg Dental Care - On site 430B Pharmacy.
- Senior and Residential Care/Senior Smiles.
- Patient Centered Behavioral Health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy and five years related experience and/or training is required.
- 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity is required.
- WA Pharmacist License is required.
- Current driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
- Immunizations are required prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU).
- Pre‑employment drug screen is required.
- $177,684.00 - $212,328.48 annually.
