What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of coaches to deliver high-quality Success Sessions and personal training
- Drive PT revenue, retention, and member experience
- Execute and oversee group training, onboarding, and coaching standards
- Create a culture of accountability, energy, and results
- Work closely with the GM to hit club production goals
- Help members find the best path for their fitness journey through coaching and connection
- Be hands‑on daily — this is a lead‑from‑the‑front role
Schedule Expectations
- 6 days per week required
- Flexible scheduling based on club needs and peak hours
- Must be available for evenings and weekends
