Director of Revenue Cycle – Revenue Cycle Management role at a Nevada medical center. The position will drive transformation, accelerate cash flow, and optimize the patient financial journey in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Patient Access, Health Information Management / Coding, Clinical Documentation Improvement, Charge Capture, Revenue Integrity, Billing, Collections, and Denial Management.
- Partner with the Chief Financial Officer and collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer, medical staff leadership, Case Management, IT, and Compliance.
- Drive KPI development, payer collaboration, accounts receivable reduction, charge master governance, staff mentoring, policy optimization, and EHR workflow enhancements that strengthen throughput and cash.
