Executive Director, Home Health and Hospice

Pay Rate: $237,000.00 - $330,000.00
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall management, development, operations, and evaluation of Home Health and Hospice services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Reporting to the Vice President of Continuum Care and the Chief Quality Officer, oversee three direct reports and approximately 170 FTEs.
- Mentor and develop staff at all levels, coach on best practices, strengthen overall team performance, support transitions of care initiative focusing on reducing hospital readmissions, and serve as key partner to the IPA team.
- Possess deep clinical and operational expertise in home health and hospice, preferably within an agency setting; be a transformational, servant leader with a hands‑on approach, high emotional intelligence, and strong executive presence.
Requirements
- BSN and a Master’s degree in a healthcare‑related field required.
- Active RN license required.
- National certification as a Home Health Manager, OASIS, or ANCC certification in a relevant specialty must be obtained within one year of hire.
- Minimum of five years of home health experience required; hospice experience preferred, along with at least three years of leadership experience.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $237,000 to $330,000 annually. Eligible for additional benefits including health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses.
- The total compensation will be determined based on scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The salary range listed is a good faith determination at the time of advertisement and may be modified in the future.
