Specialty Hub Pharmacy Director - Patient Access

HealthCare Support is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking leader to join a nationally recognized specialty infusion pharmacy. In this role, you’ll drive strategic growth , and focus on stronger alignment with long‑term specialty populations, and clearer separation between acute and specialty operations. Compensation Notes

  • $170,000 - $190,000 annually
  • 20% Annual Bonus Incentive

Daily Responsibilities For Specialty Hub Pharmacy Director

  • Provides oversight of specialty pharmacy operations and the Specialty Access Team, ensuring seamless patients onboarding, efficient therapy access, and exceptional service delivery
  • Develop and implement scalable processes to support growth and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to turnaround times, access success rates, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.

Required Qualifications For Specialty Hub Pharmacy Director

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in specialty pharmacy, or hub services
  • Experience managing national or multi-site operations preferred.
  • Track record of driving organizational turnaround or transformational change
  • High-performing leader with strong analytical and people management skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business growth, and financial operations
  • Ability to assess current state challenges, implement targeted improvement strategies, and deliver measurable gains in performance, culture, and employee engagement
