Regeneron is seeking an Associate Director, Advanced Analytics to join our team!

In This Role, a Typical Day Might Include:

Lead

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Oncology (Skin) BU analytics plan, ensuring alignment with strategic imperatives and business needs.
  • Lead performance reporting and analytics, including dashboards, KPIs, and business readouts tied to strategic objectives and definitions of success.
  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives such as opportunity assessments, predictive modeling, patient finder, nextbestaction approaches, segmentation, and targeting.

Develop

  • Develop datadriven insights and analytic approaches that effectively frame and address priority business questions.
  • Develop robust subnational analytics, championing the integration of local market insights into execution and resource optimization.
  • Develop integrated insights by synthesizing primary and secondary research, market dynamics, competitive trends, and performance analytics.
  • Proactively identify opportunities through descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics to influence brand strategy, investment decisions, and growth initiatives.

Partnership and Collaboration

  • Partner with key Oncology BU stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Access, Finance, Operations, CSI&A, Data Strategy, Incentives & Alignment) to translate insights into action and influence strategic decisions.
  • Partner with Data Strategy Management to ensure the right datasets are sourced, governed, and leveraged appropriately.
  • Manage external vendors and analytics partners to ensure analytical deliverables are accurate, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Market Research teammates to integrate qualitative and quantitative learning into a cohesive narrative.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements across all analytical workstreams.

Execute

  • Execute subnational, HCP, patient, and market opportunity analyses to inform targeting, resource allocation, and field execution strategies.
  • Execute ongoing reporting and business review deliverables, including Integrated Business Reviews (IBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic planning.
  • Execute rigorous analyses using advanced statistical, coding, and BI tools, including SQL, Python/PySpark, R, SAS, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent.
  • Measure and track performance against success metrics and business expectations; develop insights that guide course correction.
  • Create compelling presentations and data stories that communicate complex analytical outputs in a clear, concise, and businessoriented way.
  • Recommend evidencebased businessbuilding ideas supported by analytics and integrated insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA/Masters degree desired.
  • MBA/Master's degree completed by start date and 7+ years of business analytics, statistics, data mining, applied mathematics, engineering, computer science or related field experience OR Bachelors degree and 10+ years of business analytics, statistics, data mining, applied mathematics, engineering, computer science or related field experience: Oncology Skin or any Oncology experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading endtoend analytics, performance measurement, and market research integration to influence commercial decisions.
  • Extensive experience with secondary/syndicated datasets (claims, EHR, lab, SP, HUB, distribution, formulary/access, etc.).
  • Handson expertise in SQL, Python/PySpark, R, SAS, or equivalent statistical coding environments.
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, MicroStrategy, Oracle BI, Cognos, Spotfire, etc.).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business implications for senior leadership.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to build rapport and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven success managing multiple complex projects in a fastpaced environment, delivering highquality results under tight timelines.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problemsolving capability, and analytical rigor.
  • Demonstrated crossfunctional collaboration and the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Understanding of privacy, regulatory, legal, and compliance frameworks relevant to analytics and data use in biopharma.

Salary Range (annually)

$157,200.00 - $256,600.00
