A leading pharmaceutical company in Boston is seeking a project leader to oversee small molecule drug development, from design to IND submission. The ideal candidate will possess at least a Master's degree in Medicinal Chemistry (Ph.D. preferred) and substantial project leadership experience in drug IND processes. Responsibilities include optimizing drug candidates and collaborating with multiple departments to drive research projects. Experience with PROTAC technologies and a deep understanding of lung and cardiovascular diseases are essential.
