Senior Director, Chief of Staff- Commercial Organization (CONTRACT)

Celltrion USA, New York, NY, United States

Senior Director, Chief of Staff – Commercial Organization serves as a strategic thought partner and trusted operator to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the U.S. Commercial Leadership Team . This pivotal role sits at the center of the commercial organization’s most critical initiatives — connecting strategy to execution, driving alignment across business units, and ensuring the organization moves with clarity, speed, and purpose.

This role is designed for a dynamic, highly driven leader who thrives on making things happen. Success will come to someone who can toggle seamlessly between strategic altitude and executional detail — one moment shaping long‑range commercial priorities, the next ensuring that deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications are flawlessly executed.

The ideal candidate is not just a planner, but a doer — a hands‑on problem solver who rolls up their sleeves to make complex programs run smoothly, build bridges across functions, and bring structure to ambiguity. This is a unique opportunity to play an influential role in shaping how the Commercial organization operates, communicates, and delivers impact.

This role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with the VP of Enterprise Strategy & Alignment to ensure commercial departmental input is aligned to enterprise priorities.

This is a CONTRACT position.

  • Lead special projects and high‑visibility initiatives as assigned by the CCO and VP of Enterprise Strategy & Alignment – examples may include launch readiness programs, capability building efforts, commercial transformation initiatives, key commercial meetings/offsites, or sales team support.
  • Provide high‑quality executive communication: prepare slide decks, briefings, meeting materials for the CCO and senior leadership; ensure consistent messaging and narrative across the organization.
