Leadership Responsibilities:

As a Program Director, you will oversee operations and lead a team providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Oversee operations of up to four community-based IDD programs.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop program staff.
• Ensure person-centered services that support independence and quality of life.
• Manage budgets, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with families, stakeholders, and community partners.
• Provide leadership support and occasional on-call coverage to maintain program stability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ Human Services experience are preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and required state certifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate leadership and a hands‑on approach.
