Role Description

The Vice President, Health Plan and Channel Engagement Growth will lead strategies that drive growth through partnerships with health plans and channel partners. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strategic relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, developing sales and engagement strategies, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support company objectives. The Vice President will also analyze market trends, oversee contract negotiations and ensure successful partnership outcomes. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dana Point, CA.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team‑building skills to drive high‑performance outcomes and foster collaboration.
  • Expertise in market analysis, strategic planning and business development to identify and pursue opportunities for growth.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation and partnership development experience with health plans or channel partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including fertility, women's health and employee benefits, is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
  • Results‑oriented with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Dana Point, CA and travel as needed to meet business requirements.
