Position Overview
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, ministry of Saint Louis Counseling, is hiring a School Partnership Program Director. The Director leads program operations, including clinician staffing, scheduling, and partner coordination, ensuring reliable and responsive support for schools and students.
The Director works closely with the Senior Clinical Director to support clinical quality, compliance, and risk management while guiding a distributed team of clinicians. They also serve as a key liaison to school districts, translating operational and clinical needs into accessible services for students and families.
Schedule
12‑month position. Core working hours 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Some nights and weekends may be required.
