Role Description
In this position, you will oversee the global supply chain strategy, driving efficiency and ensuring seamless operations across procurement, inventory management, and demand planning. Your responsibilities will include managing supply chain teams for both US and MX operations, optimizing workflows, building supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing innovative supply chain solutions aligned with organizational goals. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Demand forecasting and inventory planning
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and related analytical tools
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems and relevant supply chain technologies
- Experience with Info/Syteline software a plus
