Starting Salary
$47,000 - $52,000 annual salary based on education level
Hours
Monday-Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with flexible on-call responsibilities including weekends and odd hours when needed.

Job Description
As the Program Director , you will oversee and coordinate the overall assigned program(s) (residential and/or day program) for individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD). This role blends direct care with supervisory duties.
Main Duties
- Personnel management and program coordination, including ensuring staff complete orientation and ongoing training.
- Monitor all program aspects, develop individualized goals and plans, and implement the program.
- Coordinate and manage overall operations, medical, financial, and maintenance aspects of the programs, guiding site designees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field of study required.
- At least one year full-time direct experience working with participants with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
- At least two years of experience managing and working with developmental disabilities.
- Strong decision-making, time-management, and communication skills; responsible, mature, and flexible.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Successful background clearance required as part of onboarding/employment.
