We’re hiring an MES Manufacturing Leader to support and evolve the technology environment behind a highly automated 300mm semiconductor fab. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex systems, high‑stakes operations, and leading technical teams in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a technical team supporting fab operations
- Drive reliability and performance of manufacturing software and automation systems
- Partner with manufacturing leadership on long‑term technology strategy
- Support modernization across tools, processes, and infrastructure
- 10+ years in manufacturing technology, software, or operations leadership
- 6+ years managing technical teams
- MES or similar manufacturing systems experience
- Oracle RAC experience required
- Experience in complex, high‑volume or high‑SKU environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed or mixed‑environment systems
