Senior Director, Supply Chain Management

The Senior Director of Supply Chain Management provides leadership for both the daily operations and long-term strategy of the assigned facility’s supply chain team. In this role, you will oversee inventory and manage budgets. You will partner with local teams and vendors to improve processes and help create consistent standards across the health system. You will also support key projects focused on people, processes, or technology. Working closely with the System AVP of Operations, you will help lead system-wide initiatives and ensure they are planned, implemented, and carried out consistently.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration supply chain management or a similar field of study required.
• Master's degree in business administration supply chain management or a similar field of study preferred.

Experience

• 5-7 years of progressively more responsible job-related experience as a manager or Director of Materials Management preferably in a high-volume environment required.
