Responsibilities
- Responsible for the total operation of the rehabilitation program
- Plans, directs and coordinates program activities to ensure that company and client goals are met
- Accountable for and contribute to program development, quality improvement and problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech therapy and TX State Licensure for Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Therapy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is preferred.
- Provision of own transportation.
- Computer and current technology competence required.
