A leading Aerospace Manufacturing Company in Cypress, California is looking for a Director of Manufacturing to oversee all aspects of manufacturing execution, engineering, and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, focusing on high-mix, low-volume environments and will be responsible for building scalable processes and managing KPIs. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, as well as compliance with AS9100/ISO9001, is required. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic oversight.
