Corporate Performance Improvement practice is looking for experienced Digital and Technology Services professionals.

• Digital and AI Transformation Strategy
• Data architecture and analytics
• Evaluation, selection and implementation of ERP and other software applications
• Business / functional requirements gathering for software solutions
• Complex program management
• Distressed program remediation
• IT merger and acquisition integration, divestiture and carve-out
• IT process improvement and strategy
• RDI / RFP development and execution

Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues.
• Determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches.
• Evaluate and validate analysis and develop recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
• Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables.
• Effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
• Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience building LLM‑based applications and RAG systems.
• Ability to shape AI solutions and strategy aligned with technology, data, and business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in data, analytics, and enterprise‑scale AI/ML solutions (10+ years consulting, including 5+ years in AI/ML).
• Experience delivering complex, high‑value AI/ML engagements with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong experience applying modern AI technologies and staying current with rapidly evolving tools, platforms, and use cases.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale AI solutions and data architectures in enterprise environments.
