Corporate Performance Improvement practice is looking for experienced Digital and Technology Services professionals.
- Digital and AI Transformation Strategy
- Data architecture and analytics
- Evaluation, selection and implementation of ERP and other software applications
- Business / functional requirements gathering for software solutions
- Complex program management
- Distressed program remediation
- IT merger and acquisition integration, divestiture and carve-out
- IT process improvement and strategy
- RDI / RFP development and execution
Responsibilities
- Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues.
- Determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches.
- Evaluate and validate analysis and develop recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
- Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables.
- Effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
- Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience building LLM‑based applications and RAG systems.
- Ability to shape AI solutions and strategy aligned with technology, data, and business outcomes.
- Deep expertise in data, analytics, and enterprise‑scale AI/ML solutions (10+ years consulting, including 5+ years in AI/ML).
- Experience delivering complex, high‑value AI/ML engagements with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong experience applying modern AI technologies and staying current with rapidly evolving tools, platforms, and use cases.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale AI solutions and data architectures in enterprise environments.
