You’ll Lead Efforts To
- Expand membership, strengthening engagement and retention
- Grow program participation through innovative, high‑quality offerings aligned with community needs
- Deepen relationships with community partners, volunteers, and advisory boards
- Drive initiatives that increase access, connection, and long‑term impact
What Success Looks Like
This is a performance‑driven leadership role with clear expectations and meaningful outcomes.
Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Achieve and exceed Association scorecard targets, including membership growth, program revenue, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and operating margin
- Lead a ~$1.8M operation, meeting or surpassing revenue goals while maintaining strong financial performance
- Drive Annual Giving Campaign growth to expand access and community impact
- Build and sustain a high‑performing leadership team
- Ensure operational excellence across all program areas, delivering safe, high‑quality experiences
- Ultimately, success is measured not just in metrics—but in lives impacted, people served, and alignment with the YMCA’s mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
