Red Oak Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join our HMG Team!

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job Expectations

Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the facility are achieved and maintained.

Requirements

Education / Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• College graduate or College experience preferred

Knowledge / Experience

• At least 1 year of healthcare marketing and/or experience with admissions required.
• Long term care experience and/or comparable experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Ability to work effectively with all members of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and creative individual with an ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities
• Excellent time management skills
