Grand Traverse Radiologists, PC (GTR) located in Traverse City, Michigan, is a private radiology practice that is a member of Strategic Radiology. GTR is dedicated to enhancing and expanding its services to deliver the highest standards of patient-centered, subspecialty imaging for its growing community.

Role Overview

Looking for a unique opportunity to not just lead, but to shape and develop the clinical and administrative team supporting a growing, well-established private radiology practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight and develop progressive physician compensation models.
• Run the practice operations, overseeing elections, official corporate documents, records, and contracts.
• Recruit outstanding candidates and contribute to the recruiting team that consistently attracts top‑tier talent.
• Serve as the primary liaison with contracted hospitals, benefits, banking, accounting professionals, and professional organizations such as the ACR, RBMA, and Strategic Radiology.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all organizational and personnel matters.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Medical Group Practice Management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in Health Administration (MHA or MHSA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health, or a related field strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
