J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) focuses on helping investors achieve long‑term financial goals. The business integrates the Chase wealth management platform, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self‑Directed digital investing. Together, the group manages roughly $600 billion in assets under management and supports ~5,000 advisors across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.

As the Lending Solutions Sales Strategy & Execution Lead you will design and scale playbooks, content, and operating rhythms that equip the lending team and field to win. You will build and manage a central hub for lending resources, messaging, and initiatives, ensuring advisors have timely, relevant, actionable content. By orchestrating go‑to‑market timing, content, and processes you will drive consistent, repeatable execution, guide strategy with dashboards and analytics, and accelerate lending growth with clear, quantifiable outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Lending Specialists, Financial Advisors and Market Leadership, providing expert guidance on lending products.
  • Establish and implement standardized sales processes and best practices across the field to ensure consistent, disciplined execution and sustainable growth.
  • Lead sales enablement initiatives by centralizing field engagement content, facilitating weekly best‑practice sessions, and equipping Advisors with timely resources.
  • Drive lending opportunities by offering recommendations and insights based on credit policies, market data, and client profiles.
  • Champion a culture of data‑driven accountability by tracking key performance metrics, analyzing trends, and sharing insights.
  • Display decisiveness and sound judgment in high‑volume and ambiguous situations, striving for optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in projects focused on productivity improvements, compliance, and product enhancements.
  • Promote broader awareness of lending capabilities, proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of lending products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate across functional partners to ensure operational excellence, superior client outcomes, and alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years of financial services experience in sales or marketing.
  • Valid and active Securities Industry Essentials Series 7 & Series 66 licenses, or ability to obtain within 120 days of start.
  • Experience with lending in a wealth‑management division (mortgage, margin or securities‑based lending).
  • Strong partnership and people skills with ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • Exceptional analytical, written, and presentation skills; comfortable speaking to large groups.
  • Organizational and project‑management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
