What You’ll Be Doing:
Senior Director, MSSP ACO Strategy & Performance Analytics (Arlington, VA) Telecommuting Permissible. (multiple positions). Lead an analytics, reporting and data science team supporting the performance of Evolent’s primary care business. Connect analytic insights to company strategy within business development, technology strategy and operations optimization. Monitor and synthesize relevant CMS policies and their implications to the business. Recommend changes to the physician incentive models and/or growth strategy as appropriate. Exhibit technical expertise and ability to design a roadmap and lead cross‑functional onshore and offshore teams on product offerings that align closely with business goals and are readily embraced by primary care physicians. Design and oversee the team running statistics‑based internal evaluations on various business areas and products to ensure continuous improvement and optimization. Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance in Care Management operations. Manage executive‑level report‑outs of Evolent Care Partners’ business unit performance using leading indicators. Develop close working relationships with peers and leaders across Evolent’s clinical, operations, actuary, risk adjustment and IT teams. Telecommuting permissible. Travel to Headquarters once a quarter for management meetings (< 5%).
Salary
Salary: $170,872 to $180,872 per year.
Qualifications
Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Quantitative Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a position using data analytics to inform Accountable Care Organization (ACO) business decisions and evaluate ACO business related products. Also requires five (5) years of experience within the healthcare industry in each: (1) healthcare analytics (medical claims data, membership data, clinical data, and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) data); (2) structured and unstructured data manipulation to create analytic solutions; (3) Python, SQL, R, and dashboarding software (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI) to support development, iteration, and data visualization; (4) Building and managing identification model and client reports under Accountable Care Organization (ACO) business model and (5) Value‑Based care policies and models including: patient/practices attribution methodology, Risk Adjustment and supporting initiatives, and Quality (Stars, HEDIS). Must have at least 1 year experience directly managing a cross‑functional team.
Technical Requirements
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.
