About The Role

The Director of Corporate Development will shape how Nclusion expands into new and emerging markets by sourcing and evaluating acquisitions, investments, and partnerships that strengthen our footholds globally. This role focuses on practical, insight-driven growth, understanding how communities operate, how people access and utilize financial services available to them, and what barriers they face. You’ll partner with US & Global Operations teams, as well as our Research function to translate market research into clear strategic recommendations, ensuring Nclusion can meet customers where they are, regardless of geography or infrastructure. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys uncovering how diverse markets function and turning those insights into grounded, high‑impact growth strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Growth & M&A – Identify and evaluate mission-aligned acquisition and investment opportunities; lead due diligence, modeling, and deal execution.
  • Partnership Development – Build and manage strategic partnerships that expand Nclusion’s reach, impact, and value to employers and communities.
  • Market & Impact Analysis – Produce insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, and community needs to guide strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Finance, Product, Community, and GTM teams to execute high-impact initiatives.
  • Executive Communication – Deliver clear, concise analysis and recommendations for leadership, investors, and key stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting.
  • Proven track record executing M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in high-growth or tech environments preferred.
