Overview

The Senior Director of Operations will oversee multi-unit restaurant operations, leading a portfolio of 23 locations. This individual is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. They will play a key role in strategic planning, process improvement, and execution of company objectives to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Qualifications

  • Must have multi-unit QSR experience.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and cost-control strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives while maintaining hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across ~23 locations, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Financial Performance & Business Growth

  • Develop and manage budgets, P&L statements, and cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement data-driven decisions to improve revenue and reduce expenses.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth, including market expansion, menu innovations, and promotional strategies.
  • Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and corporate partners to optimize costs and streamline supply chain management.
