We are partner with a global biotechnology company advancing small-molecule therapeutics through a combination of computational innovation and deep biological expertise. Our pipeline spans early discovery through clinical development, with a strong focus on strategic partnerships to accelerate impact.

Role Overview

  • Lead out-licensing and partnering activities for preclinical and clinical-stage small‑molecule programs, including partner identification, diligence, valuation, and deal execution.
  • Assess scientific, commercial, and competitive data to inform partnering strategy and transaction decisions.
  • Structure and negotiate collaborations with pharmaceutical and biotech partners in close collaboration with internal teams.
  • Support ongoing alliance management and executive-level deal discussions.
  • Travel periodically and work across global time zones as needed.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Medicinal Chemistry or related life sciences field with ~7–12 years of experience in biotech and/or pharma.
  • Proven experience in small‑molecule drug discovery and asset licensing or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of early drug development, including medicinal chemistry, DMPK, and safety data; oncology experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, high autonomy, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
