Director of Change Management leads the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise‑wide change management capabilities that enable successful organizational transformation. This role builds and matures internal change capacity by developing scalable frameworks, tools, methodologies, and learning solutions that empower leaders and teams to drive change effectively. Partnering closely with senior leadership, HR, Talent & Organization Development, and business stakeholders, the Director embeds change readiness into the organization’s culture, strengthens change leadership capabilities, and ensures consistent adoption of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the enterprise change management methodology, standards, and tools
  • Develop and manage an internal change management certification program and community of practice
  • Provide expert consultation and coaching to senior leaders and project teams
  • Advance enterprise change maturity through training, leader enablement, and capability‑building programs
  • Embed change competencies into leadership development, onboarding, and performance frameworks
  • Measure and report on change adoption, readiness, and capability impact

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (OD or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, OD, or enterprise transformation
  • Experience owning methodologies, frameworks, or certification programs
  • Strong instructional design and capability‑building background
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders
  • PROSCI or ACMP certification preferred
