Sr. Director, Product - Agentic

Adobe, San Francisco, CA, United States

Senior Director, Agentic

Adobe is reimagining the future of creativity — where generative AI, intelligent agents, and human imagination work hand in hand. As the Senior Director, Agentic, you will define and lead Adobe’s 3rd‑party strategy for agent‑driven creative workflows. You’ll shape how AI collaborates with creators, automates routine work, and amplifies human creativity while staying true to Adobe’s mission of empowering creativity for all.

What You’ll Do

  • Package Adobe’s agentic framework and its tools, skills, and MCPs into compelling, well‑crafted experiences that drive new user growth, adoption, and demonstrate Adobe’s outstanding value.
  • Lead partnerships with major LLM providers, ship timelines tied to major platform launches, and maintain a running release train model to keep the role high‑visibility and high‑velocity.
  • Apply a PLG approach with constant experimentation and iterative launches toward a clearly articulated long‑term vision — defining new industry funnels and growth loops, and structuring team roadmaps to drive both new launches and ongoing experiences in 3P.
  • Collaborate across multiple product teams, inspiring and aligning teams on the 3P journey while ensuring cohesion with new 1P harness and journeys into Adobe’s agentic ecosystem.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 15+ years of product or innovation leadership experience, ideally within creative software, technology‑enhanced products, or productivity ecosystems.
  • Proven track record defining and delivering breakthrough business and product experiences at scale — especially those involving automation, intelligence, or generative AI.
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows and empathy for the creative community.
  • Outstanding critical thinking, with the ability to connect high‑level vision to pragmatic execution.
  • Collaborative skills with strong executive presence — able to influence and align diverse teams across product, engineering, research, and design.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and defining new categories in rapidly evolving spaces.
  • Passion for Adobe’s mission and a belief that AI should empower, not replace, human creativity.

Expected Pay Range

U.S. pay range: $190,400 – $397,250 annually (California: $255,500 – $397,250). Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
