BENCH SR. DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND NUTRITION

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

Position Title: Sr. Director of Food & Nutrition

Location: Orlando, FL (Relocation Required)

Job Summary

This senior leadership role leads day‑to‑day food & nutrition operations in a healthcare setting, owning the P&L, budgeting, cost control and ensuring food quality, safety, regulatory compliance, client relationships, and a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years leadership experience
• 2–4 years in foodservice operations
• Strong knowledge of quality, cost control, and sanitation
• P&L experience preferredServSafe® a plus
• A proactive, hands‑on leadership style
