Overview

The Amazon Toys team is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead products and programs that support supply chain and operations for the Toys & Entertainment category.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, customer‑obsessed, self‑starter and leader with experience in delivering complex, cross‑functional operational and supply chain programs. The role involves identifying, creating, and driving innovative solutions and programs that lead to supply chain and operations improvements. Projects directly tie to key operational metrics and the P&L.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading supply chain and inventory management, setting goals and strategic direction, and driving tool and process improvements.
- Driving cross‑functional strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- Leading supply chain and operational collaboration with internal teams.
- Conducting complex business analysis to identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
- Driving the creation of new initiatives specific to the needs of the business to meet and exceed business plans.
- Guiding teams in developing and executing action plans, building support and resources for projects and initiatives.
- Providing leadership on project selection, scope, definition, and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Leading change of existing tools and processes or creating new ones.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data‑driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS)
- Strong proficiency in Large Language Models, Data Science, Applied Science, Gen AI tools
- Experience using generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is 136,000.00 - 184,100.00 USD annually in Seattle, WA. The Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
