
Senior Engineering Operations PM Director

About the Role:
As a CBRE PMEngineering Ops Director, you will assist with the management of all mechanicaland engineering staff and
systems.
This job is part ofthe Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible forproviding support,
preventivemaintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide formalsupervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff.Conduct performance
evaluations andcoaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate andmanage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, andcross-train staff.
Set and track staffand department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Provide seniortechnical and operational direction for the development of policies andprocedures. Oversee the
business unit’sfinancial performance.
• Recommend tacticaland strategic planning. Coordinate implementation of programs to ensurecompliance with
environmental andlife safety programs and procedures.
• Supervise theplanning, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Assist with thepreparation of annual budgets, forecasts, management plans, monthly performancereports, and
variance reports.
• Perform regularinspections of properties. Recommend and direct alterations, maintenance, andreconditioning
of properties, asnecessary.
• Apply a robustknowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers which impactdepartmental and
cross-functionalperformance.
• Lead by exampleand model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Persuademanagers and
other colleagues totake action while being guided by the organization's functional business plans.Negotiate
with externalpartners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal.
• Identify and solvemulti-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveragingthe
appropriateresources within or outside the department.
• Significantlyimproves and changes existing methods, processes, and standards within jobdiscipline.
What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree required with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring,
appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance
expectations, and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments' results
within a function.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations

The minimum salary for the Mobile Engineer position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Mobile Engineer position is $97,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
