Description
This role involves leading the development of next-generation customer experiences. The individual will own the roadmap and end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled customer experiences. They will translate emerging capabilities into intuitive, scalable solutions. The focus is on delivering meaningful customer and business value through these solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. Candidates need at least 6 years of product management experience, ideally in a regulated environment. A proven track record of building products, preferably AI-powered and customer-facing, using conversational platforms, recommendation engines, and/or personalization techniques is necessary. Strong strategic and creative thinking is essential, along with demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing product teams. A solid understanding of Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, agentic AI concepts, and broader machine learning frameworks is also required.
