Are you an experienced insurance leader with a vision for growth? FUA is offering a rare opportunity for a Managing Director to spearhead our expansion across Greater Minnesota, where you'll have the opportunity to develop talent, lead high-production teams, establish and supervise satellite offices in a region that has unlimited potential. We are seeking a licensed and experienced leader in Commercial and/or Farm Property & Casualty Insurance sales and sales management.
*Experience in other insurance is also a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in building and scaling our greater Minnesota presence
- Lead recruitment, development, and inspire a team of producers while driving substantial growth in the region
- Actively engage with clients and lead by example with your own production
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Proven leadership experience (3+ years) in building and leading teams.
- Minimum licenses: Property & Casualty and Life and Health Licensed
- A passion for developing and helping agents start and grow their business while taking care of their clients.
- Visionary mindset to recruit and develop 1-2 producers annually with our FUA-based Network Office support and guidance.
- Ability to grow and establish satellite offices
