Overview

We are building a high-performance outbound sales agency focused on generating qualified pipeline and revenue for B2B companies. We are looking for a Sales Co-Founder who is top-performing SDR and someone excited to help build and lead a sales organization from the ground up. You will be joining a team of founders who have experience founding 8 figure businesses and exiting multiple companies. This role is for someone who is exceptional at outbound prospecting, especially cold calling, and wants to turn that skillset into ownership in a company. Early on, this role will involve hands-on outbound execution, running prospecting campaigns and booking meetings. Over time, the role will expand into sales coaching, team leadership, and closing deals as the company scales. The ideal candidate enjoys the intensity of outbound sales, thrives in high activity environments, and wants to help build a company rather than simply fill a job. Compensation will include base salary + meaningful equity ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Early Stage (0–6 Months):
    • High-volume outbound calling into targeted B2B accounts
    • Building and refining outbound prospecting campaigns
    • Booking qualified sales meetings for agency clients
    • Testing messaging, scripts, and prospecting frameworks
    • Tracking activity and performance metrics in CRM
    • Helping establish outbound playbooks and sales processes
  • Growth Stage (6–24 Months):
    • Hiring and training SDRs
    • Coaching outbound performance and call execution
    • Leading prospecting strategy and messaging development
    • Managing outbound team activity and KPIs
    • Closing agency deals with qualified prospects
    • Helping shape overall revenue strategy for the company

What We’re Looking For

  • Top-tier outbound SDR experience (especially cold calling)
  • Comfortable making 100+ calls per day when needed
  • Proven ability to book meetings with decision-makers
  • Strong objection handling and conversation control on calls
  • Competitive personality and resilience with rejection
  • Interest in building and leading a sales team over time
  • Strategic thinking around outbound messaging and targeting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset. Excited about building something from scratch
  • Ideal backgrounds include:
    • Outbound appointment setters
    • Door-to-door or high-volume outbound sales reps
    • Early sales hires at startups
    • SDR team leads looking to step into leadership

Compensation
