You will lead Adobe’s Experience Manager Sites and Forms product management, bringing together content, data, and commerce for personalization at scale across a brand’s owned properties. You will also lead the product strategy for Brand Concierge, a conversational brand ambassador that engages consumers and business buyers to support product discovery, qualification, and conversion for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Key Differentiators:

- Trustworthy Answers – uses approved brand content rather than generic web results.
- Respectful Personalization – adapts to user behavior without intrusive logins or downloads.
- Seamless Support – connects users to representatives without breaking context.
Success will be measured by near‑term enterprise customer success, existing install‑base retention, and the ability to drive a differentiated vision into product reality for the long‑term in a manner that generates market momentum.
