The Opportunity

The Vice President for Enrollment & Revenue Strategy will design and implement a comprehensive enrollment and revenue model that positions OLLU for long‑term vitality.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a multi‑year enrollment and revenue strategy aligned with institutional priorities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and Cabinet
  • Establish measurable performance outcomes and accountability systems

Enrollment Enterprise Development

  • Integrate admissions, financial aid, retention, and student success functions
  • Build data‑driven forecasting and enrollment modeling practices
  • Strengthen the enrollment funnel from inquiry through graduation
  • Advance CRM, analytics, and AI‑supported recruitment strategies
  • Improve communication, conversion, and student engagement systems
  • Modernize operational processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Partner closely with Academic Affairs, Finance, Marketing, Athletics, and Student Affairs
  • Align enrollment strategy with academic program development
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and execution
