Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Product Strategy to join our team. This specialized and pivotal role will play a key part in realizing end‑to‑end product vision and deployment for a key client, responsible for collaborating with a cross‑discipline agency team to use advanced capabilities within our proprietary platform.
Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding of prerequisite data and inputs across briefing, planning, activation and reporting modules
- Find opportunities to enhance baseline capabilities; define criteria and craft business case, translating end‑user needs into clear and detailed requirements
- Coordinate working sessions to identify solutions to complex or unique use cases
- Facilitate or lead platform overviews and application training, both internally and for clients
- Champion standard processes and innovative thinking to continually improve adoption and utilization
- Define and develop process documentation in the context of client business and nuances
Qualifications
- 8+ years of work experience in product management and / or strategy development
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical / critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize and interpret large volumes of information to uncover insights and trends
- Proactive and solutions‑oriented with strong attention to detail
- Proven leadership, organizational and project management skills
- Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience influencing and effectively communicating with stakeholders in senior leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI

Compensation Range: $167,000 - $185,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
