Job Description

As Product Director – AI Orchestration within the Marketing Product Portfolio, you will help build the process of how we take use cases from traditional business processes to an agentic AI solution, orchestrating end‑to‑end transformation workflows. You will drive the strategy and technology requirements for the Consumer & Community Bank Marketing Transformation Initiative, defining use cases, drafting product requirements, recommending solutions, vendors, and integration patterns, and collaborating with technology and marketing SMEs to inform cross‑LOB roadmaps, assess technical feasibility, and scale solutions across the firm. Oversight will include accelerating development of use cases to other areas of the firm.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
- Lead the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development, continuously adapting and managing risks to achieve business targets such as cost, features, reusability, and reliability.
- Coach and mentor the product team on best practices—solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind‑mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery—to ensure effective delivery on objectives.
- Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Oversee a small team of resources that prototype AI use cases from ideation to execution—matrixed resources or direct reports as needed.
- Assess use‑case readiness and impact for prioritization across the Marketing Domain.
- Participate in the review of new ideas and use cases, forming recommendations for evaluation and experimentation.
- Serve as an expert on overall compatibility of a use case with AI technologies, vendors, and agents.
- Partner with the Machine Learning COE, CDAO Platform teams, and the CCB AIML team, influencing collective roadmaps and driving an AIML‑opinionated tech stack actionable for existing backlog execution.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent in delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to influence adoption of key product life‑cycle activities—including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
- 5+ years of hands‑on AI/ML technology experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, explaining technology solutions, roadmaps, and prioritization trade‑offs to all levels of marketing, business, and technology leaders.
- Proven ability to work across teams with an experimentation mindset.
- Consistently demonstrates sound judgment in knowing when/what to escalate for alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recognized thought leader within a related field.
- Working knowledge of the firm‑wide AIML landscape.
- Working knowledge of the Marketing Technology landscape.
- Experience executing complex initiatives utilizing resources not in the direct hierarchy.
