We are seeking a highly strategic, high-visibility leader to help shape and activate our AI transformation.

The Role

We are looking for a Director of Product Strategy to work directly with our Chief Product Officer and CEO. This is not a traditional product management role, nor is it a program management position. It is a highly strategic, high-visibility role focused on driving our AI transformation.

The Shift: GTM as an Engineering Discipline

Go-to-market is undergoing a fundamental transition: it is no longer just an art of relationships and hustle; it is becoming a rigorous engineering discipline. In this new era, ZoomInfo's context graph—our proprietary, interconnected web of B2B data, intent signals, and company relationships—becomes one of the most valuable assets in AI and go-to-market. This shifts our entire business model. The single most important thing we can do right now is to activate this strategy and drive growth by translating our data advantage into an undeniable market reality. You are the owner of making this happen.

What You'll Do

• Drive the strategic alignment of our AI transformation by partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership. Help define what we make, for whom, and what we say about it, ensuring our product strategy translates into effective go-to-market motions. Require sensemaking at scale—rapidly absorbing technical specifications, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence, and distilling them into clear, actionable strategic frameworks.
• Architect the AI narrative as the outcome of this strategic work. Develop comprehensive messaging frameworks that elucidate the power of ZoomInfo's AI capabilities and our unique place in the GTM ecosystem. Create executive storytelling content, including executive talk tracks, board presentations, and strategic memos to turn complex product visions into "aha" moments for the organization.

Who You Are

• You are a pragmatic doer biased toward action and execution. You ship strategies that drive real business outcomes and communicate with clarity, density, and impact, persuading executive audiences.
• You are a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in business strategy, likely honed at a top-tier management consulting firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG). You understand market dynamics, competitive moats, and how to position a product for asymmetric upside. You are comfortable with complexity, able to dive deep into AI architecture, data models, and GTM workflows, and emerge with a simple, compelling strategy.
• You are a fast operator who thrives in high-velocity environments and understands speed as a competitive advantage with quick OODA loops.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.

$175,070—$275,110 USD
