Overview

Are you a dynamic and proactive security professional with a passion for ensuring the safety and well‑being of guests and employees? Join our team as the Director of Security and lead our security operations with energy and enthusiasm. With your strong leadership skills and extensive experience, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, safeguarding our property, and maintaining a secure environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute security protocols and procedures to safeguard the hotel/resort premises
  • Manage a team of security personnel, providing leadership and training
  • Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security audits
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency response teams
  • Investigate incidents, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging security technologies
  • Conduct regular training sessions to educate staff on security procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and emergency response procedures
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a security team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in security systems and technology
  • Relevant certifications in security management or law enforcement are a plus
