Job Title : IT Director
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage the development, modification, and operation of security protocols including intrusion detection and prevention systems to protect the organization\'s information from breach or loss. Recommend modifications as required
- Create and implement CMMC requirements, ensure employees understand requirements and oversee compliance
- Manage 3rd party service providers
- Ensure continuous compliance monitoring over government regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
- Identify short and long-term IT needs and develop strategies to ensure infrastructure adequately supports the company\'s computing and communications needs
- Evaluate and prepare for ERP upgrade/integration
- Evaluate current technology use vs. needs of the company and recommend software and hardware improvements
- Oversee backup, security, and user help systems
- Ability to triage and process complex incidents, anticipate and eliminate future problems, demonstrate and implement business-focused solutions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software needed to maintain reports and records
- Organized with attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Management preferred
- At least seven years of experience in computer systems with at least three years specializing in computer security and/or CMMC requirements.
