Job Title : IT Director

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage the development, modification, and operation of security protocols including intrusion detection and prevention systems to protect the organization\'s information from breach or loss. Recommend modifications as required
• Create and implement CMMC requirements, ensure employees understand requirements and oversee compliance
• Manage 3rd party service providers
• Ensure continuous compliance monitoring over government regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
• Identify short and long-term IT needs and develop strategies to ensure infrastructure adequately supports the company\'s computing and communications needs
• Evaluate and prepare for ERP upgrade/integration
• Evaluate current technology use vs. needs of the company and recommend software and hardware improvements
• Oversee backup, security, and user help systems
• Ability to triage and process complex incidents, anticipate and eliminate future problems, demonstrate and implement business-focused solutions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software needed to maintain reports and records
• Organized with attention to detail
• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Management preferred
• At least seven years of experience in computer systems with at least three years specializing in computer security and/or CMMC requirements.
