IT Director – ERP Transformation & Infrastructure
Location: Twinsburg, OH (On-site, 5 days/week)
Reports to: CFO
Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year (base) + 25% target bonus
Seeking an experienced IT Director to lead technology strategy, infrastructure, and a major enterprise ERP transformation. This newly created, high‑impact leadership role will own current IT operations and guide a large‑scale ERP consolidation and modernization initiative.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on IT leader who has led ERP implementations (SAP strongly preferred) , managed mid‑sized teams, and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a process‑driven, continuous‑improvement culture.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives and a process‑driven culture
- Oversee an IT organization of ~8‑10 team members (5‑6 direct reports), including systems, infrastructure, help desk, and RPA resources
- Partner with corporate IT on security, standards, and enterprise updates
- Lead ERP planning, selection, and implementation efforts across the business
- Manage infrastructure, applications, and systems supporting a multi‑site environment
- Drive continuous improvement across IT operations, service delivery, and processes
- Own IT budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiations
- Support IT projects, system upgrades, and integration initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
- 10‑15 years of progressive IT leadership experience
- Proven experience leading an ERP implementation (SAP preferred; confirmation pending)
- Experience managing IT teams in a midsize organization
- Strong background in infrastructure, systems, and enterprise applications
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and modern IT environments (transition in progress)
- Comfortable operating in an on‑site, hands‑on leadership role
- Strong communicator who partners well with executives and cross‑functional leaders
Additional Details
- Work model: On‑site 5 days/week in Twinsburg, OH
- Travel: Occasional travel to Kennesaw, GA or Bolingbrook, IL
- Relocation: Relocation candidates considered on a case‑by‑case basis
- Bonus: 25% target
