Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementation, with at least 3 years in a senior techno-functional or architect role
- Proven expertise in Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Plan to Produce (Manufacturing) business processes
- Demonstrated success in solution architecture, pre-sales support, and making executive-level client presentations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of SuiteBilling and its integration with core financials
- Practical experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics
- Knowledge in integration design using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft
- Skills in customization, automation, and workflow development within SuiteCloud
- Preferred: NetSuite certifications such as ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer, or SuiteFoundation
- Preferred: Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or grocery/food production
- Preferred: Familiarity with data migration, SuiteAnalytics Workbook, and RESTlet development
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to assess clients business processes and define scalable NetSuite solutions
- Design comprehensive NetSuite architectures across Financials, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing (Plan to Produce), and SuiteBilling
- Conduct pre-sales solutioning, including demonstrations, proofs of concept, and presentations to executive stakeholders
- Develop high-level solution designs, integration strategies, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Customize NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics to meet client specifications
- Architect and manage integrations with external systems utilizing SuiteTalk, Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft
- Oversee full-cycle NetSuite implementations from requirements gathering to go-live and post-deployment assistance
- Configure, test, and validate functional and technical components, including workflows, dashboards, and roles
- Facilitate user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation for client readiness
- Provide strategic advisory and optimization guidance to clients, including process automation and governance
- Mentor and support junior consultants in solution design, technical configuration, and best practices
- Contribute to internal accelerators, templates, and reusable solution components to enhance delivery efficiency
- Stay updated on NetSuite enhancements, SuiteCloud capabilities, Manufacturing (Plan to Produce), and SuiteBilling best practices
