Tampa, FL. 15-35 years experience. Operations and design leader for Educational clients: K-12, Higher Education, Independent Schools. Reports to Market Leader. Hands‑on role including project execution, resource planning, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic, operational, and growth initiatives for the Educational market in Tampa.
- Oversee daily operations — projects on time, budget, scope, design excellence.
- Provide architectural leadership and oversight for design outcomes and documentation.
- Lead resource planning aligning talent to Educational and public‑sector needs.
- Manage financial metrics: revenue forecasts, backlog, utilization, profitability.
- Support business development: proposals, interviews, pursuit planning, client relationships.
- Serve as trusted partner for school districts, universities, independent schools.
- Drive operational consistency, QA/QC, continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Architecture (accredited), Registered Architect required.
- 15+ years progressive experience in architecture including leadership.
- Demonstrated depth delivering Educational projects (K-12, Higher Ed).
- Master's or advanced certification preferred.
- Additional public‑sector experience (municipal, civic, justice) preferred.
