
Director Enterprise Applications

We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, modernization, and execution of our core enterprise systems. This is a highly impactful leadership role responsible for overseeing critical back‑office and corporate applications as we transition from legacy mainframe systems to modern, scalable platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology landscape—driving system integration, supporting business‑critical applications, and building high‑performing teams to support enterprise platforms across the organization.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the modernization of enterprise applications, including migration from legacy systems to modern platforms
- Oversee key systems such as Oracle ERP, Demand Forecasting and Replenishment applications (e.g., Relex), and pricing applications (e.g., Revionics)
- Build, mentor, and lead high‑performing application teams
- Partner closely with business leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Merchandising, and Sales
- Act as a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and value delivery
- Establish best practices for application governance, scalability, and performance
- Support data analytics, visualization, and reporting capabilities (e.g., Tableau)
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing enterprise application teams
- Strong experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred; SAP or equivalent required)
- Demonstrated success in business relationship management—partnering with senior stakeholders across functions
- Experience leading or supporting system modernization or transformation initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle ERP environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Revionics
- Experience with Relex
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Background in retail or large‑scale enterprise environments
